HUSTLE PERFORMANCE CLASS – 9-Time World Hustle Champion, Lori Ann Greenhouse, will be directing and choreographing a 3-month Hustle Perf. Cl., Feb., March, and April 2010. Learn, rehearse, and perform fun, yet challenging, new choreography! Rehearsals begin Mon., Feb. 8th, and meet every Mon. 9:30 – 10:30 pm (extra rehearsals may be added in the last week prior to performance). Performances will include the Annual Student Recital on April 23rd, Hustle Jam, and additional in- and out-of-house venues. Must be Int./Adv. level Hustle dancer. No partner required, but a plus. First session may attended at no charge. Price per month: The cost of one group course + a surcharge of $15; if you are on an Unlimited Program, only the surcharge applies; if you are on Combined Unlimited, there is no additional fee.
HUSTLE JAM - hosted by Simone Assboeck. Dance Hustle and Latin until 12:45 am. Hustle Jam is open for dancing on Wed., Feb. 10th: "Munchie Night:" Snax Galore! DJ Nelson “Paradise” Roman spins the tunes! Current SO Students: $5; General Public: $9. DON’T FORGET to bring your yellow Hustle Jam card every week….if you don’t have a card, see Anatol at the front door.
ALL NIGHT MILONGA - This Sat., Feb. 13th, 9:00 pm – 5:00 am! Wear RED for Valentine’s Day! Host, “Queen of the Night” Sarah La Rocca presents a spectacular night of Tango dancing, a class, performances, wine, snacks, and special surprises. Int. level Tango class from 9:00 – 10:00. Beginner Class & Practica 9:00 – 11:00 pm with Sergio Segura. Guest DJs. Dancing from 9:00 pm – 5:00 am! Two Milongas in One: Traditional Tango played on the main floor; separate room for Alternative Tango. The Tango shoe boutique will be open for business. This is a solely Tango event. OVER $1,000.00 RAISED AT STEPPING OUT'S 'HELP HAITI FUNDRAISER/DONATION DRIVE' - At the past Sundown Party (Jan. 29th), everyone opened their hearts & pocketbooks to help the relief efforts in Haiti … over $1,000.00 (!!) was collected at the Fundraiser, at a Donation Drive held by USA Dance's MAC Comp., & at Hustle Jam, 100% of which will go to the relief efforts. Kudos & thanks to you all for your generosity!

WITH HEAVY HEARTS, WE SHARE IN GRIEF THE LOSS OF ISHAAN PIERRE-ANTOINE, THE BEAUTIFUL 2-YR. OLD SON OF EMMANUEL PIERRE-ANTOINE & WIFE, JASMINE. Ishaan died in the Haiti earthquake. Emmanuel & Jasmine want to thank everyone for their love and support. With respect to Emmanuel’s & Jasmine’s wishes, there will be a dedicatory Benefit/Fundraiser later in the season – date and details tba. Many performances are expected, incl. Emmanuel & Liana. Emmanuel & Jasmine are forming the not-for-profit “ISHAAN FOUNDATION” to help Haiti and Haitians short- and long-term. 100% of the proceeds from the Benefit will be donated to the “Ishaan Foundation.” The mission statement is forthcoming.
