Amanda Treadway

AMANDA TREADWAY, born & raised in Mississippi, has been dancing since the age of 3. At 12 she studied on a full scholarship at the renown Kirov Academy of Ballet in Washington, D.C. She continued at Alabama School of Fine Arts majoring in dance for 4 yrs. Receiving her BFA in Music Theatre from Elon University she has trained in almost every genre of dance, acting, & vocal coaching. She has performed regionally all over doing numerous musicals & plays one of her favorites being Maria in West Side Story. Professionally she has been dancing with her competitive partner, Frank Perez, for over 7 years whom she met at Stepping Out Studios in Studio D. She fell in love with the art of ballroom dancing that very day & hasn't stopped since. Today Amanda is a professional ballroom dancer and a professional certified personal trainer, You will find Amanda teaching and coaching at Stepping Out Studios.Amanda states that if you are going to learn anything then learn it and do it like you really mean it.
