STEPPING OUT STUDIOS is located on 26th Street between 6th Avenue and Broadway in a doorman building with two elevators. We offer a variety of renovated studios to rent for auditions, rehearsals and other events (totaling 10,000 square feet). The men's and women's bathrooms each have showers and are handicap accessible.

STUDIO 1

A large glass window allows students to observe classes from the Bistro.

Rental Rate: $35 per hour

Can be combined with Studio 1 to make a single room 22' x 80'.

Rental Rate: $30 per hour

1 & 2 Combined: $60 per hour

STUDIO 3

Ideal for tap and flamenco classes.

Rental Rate: $30 per hour

STUDIO 4

Sound proof, ideal for Yoga classes and photography sessions.

Rental Rate: $35 per hour
